There's nothing odder than having a dream about Styx. At least in MY experience. I have had some pretty strange, and some pretty normal ones too. It varies, but nothing ever scared me so much as my FIRST Styx dream. It'd been shortly after I had gotten the Greatest Hits CD, my 3rd Styx CD to get. A Vice Principal at my high school (This is January 1998) had been murdered, and there were news crews everywhere. Anyways... you can read about my first Styx dream here, in The Dream That Changed It All.
After that, I've had various ones. Many following that were mainly Tommy-centered. I do remember another Styx dream where I was backstage, and when they were going to sing Fooling Yourself, I had to do a duet with Tommy on it. LOL!!! *rolls eyes* What was I thinking, there was a crowd of 20,000+ people out there! *shudder*
I had a dream of walking into Tommy at a fair because we were too busy turned talking to someone else. That was kinda funny, because I didn't know who I walked into until I looked up, and I was sooooo embarrassed. *blush*. We spent the day together, my friend, me, Tommy and Jeanne though. I remember it was hot, scorching hot, and there was ice cream. Mmmm... what a dream, LOL!
I also had one where he lived right next door to me. THE exact house next to me. THAT in itself was weird enough. The house was being renovated as well. I remember us talking as if we were old friends or something, and I believe there was something wrong in the house, like a ghost...? That one is a bit fuzzy to my memory. Kinda flipped me out because the location I actually knew.
By now you think I am obsessed with Tommy. Nope. I don't dictate my dreams. If I did, I'd have NORMAL ONES. Trust me, I've had weird non-Styx ones too. *rolls eyes* I have to say the Tommy/Styx ones were more intriguing because they just weren't normal. What else have I dreamed...?
OH YEAH!!!!! How could I forget my most recent one?! AND - it was of GLEN BURTNIK! What the-?! Hehehehe... somehow Glen became the main person in the dream... and you can fid this dream at my Glen site, Scattered, or by going to Glen, Monster Slayer. *g* I kinda liked this dream. It was funny!! Weird, as usual, but funny!!!
